Neodecortech S.p.A.: Gianluca Valentini nominato vice presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione.

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società"), tra i principali operatori europei nella produzione di superfici decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nel settore dell'interior design, quotata nel segmento Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR"), organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., rende noto che, il Consiglio di Amministrazione riunitosi in data odierna ha nominato vice presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione, ai sensi dell'art. 23 dello statuto sociale, il Dott. Gianluca Valentini, già amministratore della Società. Il Consiglio di amministrazione ha, altresì, deliberato di non attribuire al Dott. Valentini poteri ulteriori rispetto a quelli spettanti al vice presidente ai sensi di legge e di statuto e, pertanto, di non riconoscere al Dott. Valentini un compenso aggiuntivo per l'incarico.

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative surfaces for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed in the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the Board of Directors, which met today, has appointed Gianluca Valentini, already a director of the Company, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article 23 of the Bylaws. The Board of Directors has also resolved not to grant Mr. Valentini any powers beyond those assigned to the Vice Chairman by law and the Bylaws and, therefore, not to grant him any additional compensation for the role.
