Neodecortech S.p.A.: Marina Fumagalli appointed Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Manager

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed on Euronext Milan, a market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - Euronext STAR Milan segment, announces the appointment today of Marina Fumagalli as Chief Financial Officer of the Group headed by NDT and Financial Reporting Manager pursuant to and in accordance with Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, and with Article 26 of the Bylaws. Marina Fumagalli, a graduate in economics, has gained deep knowledge of the national and international accounting and tax aspects of business management, holding roles of increasing responsibility in the administration, finance and control area.

In accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation, it is hereby announced that, to the best of the Company's knowledge, to date Ms. Fumagalli does not holds shares of the Company.
