Neodecortech S.p.A.: dimissioni del Chief Financial Officer e Dirigente Preposto dott. Fabio Zanobini

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società"), tra i principali operatori europei nella produzione di carte decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nel settore dell'interior design, quotata su Euronext Milan,mercatoorganizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – Segmento Euronext STAR Milan, rende noto che in data 20 settembre 2022 il dott. Fabio Zanobini ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dal ruolo di Chief Financial Officer del gruppo NDT e Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili della Società, con decorrenza dal mese di novembre p.v., per intraprendere un nuovo percorso professionale.

L'Amministratore Delegato dott. Luigi Cologni anche a nome dell'intero Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale, ringrazia il dott. Zanobini per il contributo professionale apportato al business.

Per quanto a conoscenza della Società, alla data delle dimissioni, il dott. Zanobinirisulta detenere 1450 azioni NDT.

Il nominativo del nuovo Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili della Società sarà reso noto al mercato all'atto della sua nomina, nei termini e con le modalità previste dalle vigenti disposizioni legislative e regolamentari.

Neodecortech S.p.A.: resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Manager Fabio Zanobini

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed on Euronext Milan, a market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - Euronext STAR Milan segment, announces that on 20th September 2022 Fabio Zanobini has resigned from his position as the NDT Group Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Manager, effective as of next November, to embark on a new professional path.

CEO Luigi Cologni, also on behalf of the entire Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, expresses his thanks to Mr. Zanobini for his professional contribution given to the business.

To the best of the Company's knowledge, as of the date of resignation, Mr. Zanobini is reported to hold no. 1,450 NDT shares.

The name of the new Financial Reporting Manager will be disclosed to the market at the time of appointment, within the time limits and in the manners envisaged by current laws and regulations.
