Dimissioni Consigliere di Amministrazione

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società") quotata nel segmento STAR, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.,rende noto che, in data odierna, la Dott.ssa Cristina Valentini, a causa di sopraggiunti motivi personali, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni con effetto immediato dalla carica di Consigliere di Amministrazione della Società.

Sulla base delle comunicazioni effettuate alla Società e al pubblico, al momento delle sue dimissioni, la Dott.ssa Cristina Valentini risulta detenere indirettamente azioni della Società per il tramite della società Finanziaria Valentini S.p.A.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società provvederà, nella prossima riunione utile, alla cooptazione di un nuovo Consigliere. Il Presidente Riccardo Bruno e l'Amministratore Delegato Luigi Cologni, anche a nome del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale, ringraziano la Dott.ssa Valentini per l'attività svolta e l'impegno profuso nell'esercizio della sua funzione.

Resignation of a Board of Directors' member

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), listed in the STAR segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today, due to personal reasons, Cristina Valentini resigned from her position as Director of the Company with immediate effect.

According to the communications made to the Company and to the public, at the time of her resignation, Cristina Valentini indirectly held shares in the Company through the company Finanziaria Valentini S.p.A.

The Board of Directors of the Company will co-opt a new Director at the next meeting. The Chairman Riccardo Bruno and the Managing Director Luigi Cologni, also on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, thank Ms. Valentini for the activities carried out and the commitment shown in the performance of her duties.
