➢ Neodecortech announces the sudden demise of CFO and Investor Relator Marco Giussani.

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces, with deep sadness, the sudden demise of CFO and Investor Relator Marco Giussani.
Luigi Cologni, CEO of NDT, said "On behalf of the entire Board of Directors and of all the people of our Group, I express my immense sorrow for the sudden demise of Marco Giussani. A friend first and foremost, and a true professional, passes away. The whole Group extends its heartfelt condolences to Marco's family".
The Company announces that the Chief Executive Officer Luigi Cologni takes on the interim functions as Investor Relator.
