FINANZIARIA VALENTINI S.P.A. CONFIRMS DIRECTORS COLOGNI AND GIORGILLI AS PART OF THE RENEWAL OF THE COMPANY BODIES OF NEODECORTECH S.p.A.

Finanziaria Valentini S.p.A. ("Finanziaria Valentini" or the "Company"), majority shareholder with 63.55% of the share capital and holder of 8,325,385 ordinary shares and 8,325,385 warrants of Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT"), listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., with regard to the announcement today relating to the renewal of NDT's company bodies, expresses its appreciation towards the Board of Directors for the results achieved so far by the Company and, in particular, thanks the Managing Directors Luigi Cologni and Massimo Giorgilli for their efforts.

In line with the words expressed by Cristina Valentini at the Meeting of the NDT Board of Directors and disclosed in the NDT press release issued today, the Company confirms its will to include the names of Luigi Cologni and Massimo Giorgilli in the list to be submitted by Finanziaria Valentini for the appointment of the new NDT Board of Directors, in such a position as to guarantee their re-appointment.
