Nelson Resources Limited (ASX: NES) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Nelson Resources Limited (‘NES’) will be halted at the request of NES, pending the release of an announcement by NES.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 2 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

NES’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Trading Halt

Nelson Resources Limited (ASX: NES ) ( Nelson or the Company ) requests an immediate trading halt of its securities, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement regarding a right to mine contract for the Yarri Gold Project and a response to ASX price query.

The trading halt is necessary to ensure the market is informed. There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

The trading halt will operate until the announcement is made or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 2 October 2025, whichever occurs sooner.

Nelson is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
