Nelson Resources Limited (ASX: NES ) ( Nelson or the Company ) advises the delay of lodgement of Appendix 3Z for Mr Nicholas Ong due to administrative oversight. As soon as the oversight was identified, this Appendix 3Z is lodged with the ASX.

The existing directors of the Company are aware of ASX Listing Rule 3.19A and their obligations to provide the necessary information to the Company to enable it to meet its disclosure requirements.

The Company considers that its existing arrangements are adequate and that the late lodgement of the Appendix 3Z is an isolated incident.
