Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Nelson Resources Limited (ASX: NES ) ( Nelson or the Company ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2024.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 2 October 2024.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (Perth time) on Wednesday, 2 October 2024.
