This is to inform that - as per "Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" (Code) adopted by the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities will be closed between 25[th] December 2021 till the 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended 31[st] December 2021 are declared to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).

The closure of trading window is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
