Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 Appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company
Further to our letter dated 14[th] August 2020 informing appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP (SRBA), Chartered Accountants, ICAI Firm Registration No. 103162W/E300004 (E & Y Group) as the Statutory Auditors. The appointment is for a term of 5 years commencing from the conclusion of the 77[th] AGM till the conclusion of the 82[nd] AGM to be held in the year 2025. The brief profile of the SRBA are as under:-
SRBA is a firm of Chartered Accountants registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. SRBA is a limited liability partnership firm incorporated in India. It has its registered office in Kolkata and 11 branch offices in various cities in India. SRBA has valid Peer Review certificate and is part of S. R. Batliboi & Affiliates network of audit firms. It is primarily engaged in providing audit and assurance services to its clients. SRBA have been involved in the statutory audits and internal audits of various companies in the telecom sector in the entire value chain and has the necessary experience to conduct the statutory audit of the Company.
