Under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution dated 30th November 2020 have appointed Ms. Maheswari Mohan (DIN 07156606) as an "Additional Director" (Non-Executive Independent Director) not liable to retire by rotation on the Board of Directors of the Company for a term of 5 (five) years with effect from 30th November 2020 to 29th November 2025 subject to the approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting.
The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, with regard to change in Director is enclosed in "Annexure A".
