NOTIFICATION OF TRADE AMONG PRIMARY INSIDER
On 25 March 2010 mandatory notification of trade among primary insider
of DiaGenic ASA took place.
Executive Chairman of the Board of DiaGenic ASA has through his company
Investor Corporate AS entered into a new Total Return equity Swap
agreement (TRS) with exposure for 135,000 underlying shares. Price per
share at entry into the contract is set to NOK 3.20 per share, expiry
date set to 25 May 2010, and price per share at expiry is set to NOK
3.22. After the transactions, Sæterøy's overall exposure in the Company
is 1,178,668 shares and 229,801 warrants, in addition to the TRS
agreement with exposure for 135,000 shares.
