Share capital increase

On 15 February 2010 DiaGenic ASA announced final results of the

subsequent offering of 3.5 million new shares at a subscription price of

NOK 2.75 per share. Pursuant to the resolution at the extraordinary

general meeting on 18 December 2009, the subscribers who are allocated

shares in the subsequent offering and in the private placement on 26

November 2009, will receive one warrant per share allocated. The share

capital increase and the warrants are now registered with the Norwegian

Registry of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, DiaGenic's

share capital is NOK 3,511,826, divided on 70,236,520 shares, each with

a nominal value of NOK 0.05. The Articles of Association of the Company

have been revised accordingly. The new shares are expected to be issued

on 23 February 2010 and warrants will be issued subsequent to the share
