Offering of minimum 1 and maximum 3,500,000 Offering

Shares in DiaGenic ASA at subscription price NOK 2.75

per Offering Share, with Subscription Rights issuable

to all shareholders as of 25 November 2009 except for

shareholders allocated shares in the Private

Placement resolved on 25 November 2009

Listing of up to 3,500,000 Subscription Rights for

trading on Oslo Børs from 25 January 2010 to and

including 8 February 2010 under the ticker

symbol "DIAG T"

Listing of up to 3,500,000 Offering Shares on Oslo

Børs

Subscription Period: 25 January 2010 at 9:00 (CET) to

8 February 2010 at 17:30 (CET)
