Notification of Large Shareholding

Resolution Limited hereby confirms that on 10 April

2014 the beneficial interest of its wholly owned

subsidiary, Friends Provident International Limited,

in the ordinary shares of DiaGenic ASA (ISIN

NO0010081235) has decreased to 3,997,423 shares

(3.70% of the issued share capital of DiaGenic).

This has arisen following the listing of 100,000,000

new DiaGenic shares on Oslo Bors on 10 April 2014

following a fully under-written rights issue.

The registered owner of the shares is Skandinaviska

Enskilda Banken Sweden.

Prior to the listing of the new shares, Friends

Provident International Limited had a beneficial

interest in 3,025,000 subscription rights to purchase

ordinary shares (representing 37.80% of the issued

share capital of DiaGenic).

Friends Provident International Limited is controlled

by the companies noted below (i.e. Friends Life and

Pensions Limited being its parent company, and each

company being controlled by the company named below

it):
