Completed acquisition of NEL Hydrogen - company name and ticker to be changed

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Diagenic ASA

(the "Company" or "Diagenic") on 8 October 2014 regarding the agreement

to acquire New NEL Hydrogen Holding AS and the resolutions by the

extraordinary general meeting on 9 October which approved the

transaction and resolved to amend the Company's name. Diagenic is now

pleased to announce that the acquisition has been completed and

consequently the Company will change its name to NEL ASA with NEL as new

ticker. The name change will be effective from the time of registration

with the Register of Business Enterprises. Oslo Børs will issue a

separate notice regarding the implementation of the name and ticker

change in its systems.
