(Oslo, 3 March 2022) A related party of Finn Jebsen, Board member of Nel ASA
("Nel"), has today sold 260,000 shares in Nel at an average price of NOK
15.052300 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Jebsen and related parties holds
50,620 shares in Nel.
