Preliminary results of the rights offering

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements in relation

to the rights offering of 100,000,000 offered shares in DiaGenic ASA at

subscription price NOK 0.50 per share.

The subscription period for the rights offering ended 31 March 2014 and

the preliminary subscription result shows that the rights offering was

oversubscribed by approximately 140 per cent.

The allocation of offered shares is expected to take place on or about 4

April 2014, with payment for the allocated shares on 7 April 2014.
