Nel ASA: Resignation of board member

(Oslo, 10 January 2020) Board member Hanne Skaarberg Holen has notified Nel ASA (the Company) that, as a consequence of a pending change of employer, she resigns as a member of the board of directors of Nel ASA. The resignation will take immediate effect. The remaining members of the board of directors constitute a quorum after Holen's resignation.

On the behalf of the Company, the chair of the election committee, Leif Eriksrød, extends gratitude to Ms Holen for her excellent services on the board of directors in a crucial period in the development of the Company.
