Declaration of Holdings – NEKKAR ASA (ISIN: NO0003049405)
Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information on behalf of Tigerstaden AS and its controlled subsidiaries.
On the 3rd of July 2023 Tigerstaden AS disposed of 250 000 shares in NEKKAR ASA ("NKR"). Following the transaction Tigerstaden AS directly holds 5 250 000 shares in NKR, equivalent to 4.89 % of the voting rights and 4.89 % of the total share capital.
On a consolidated basis, Tigerstaden AS and its subsidiaries hold 6 700 945 shares in NKR, resulting in a consolidated shareholding amounting to 6.24 % of total voting rights and 6.24 % of total share capital. The ownership has been calculated using the total number of shares and votes in issue (107 427 112).
