Nekkar ASA: Financial report 2Q/First half 2019 and proposal to distribute NOK 4 per share as dividend

Please find attached the financial report for Nekkar ASA 2Q/1H 2019.

The Board of Directors will propose to the general meeting that Nekkar ASA

adopts a distribution to the shareholders of NOK 420 mill, equaling NOK 4 per

share. The distribution will be made as repayment of issued equity

The proposal for repayment of issued equity  will be considered at an

extraordinary general meeting 19 September. Notice of the meeting will be

distributed 29 August.
