With reference to the stock exchange notice of "Completed block sale of existing

shares in Nekkar ASA" by Rasmussengruppen AS. Qvist Holding AS, a company

controlled directly by Lars Carl Fabian Qvist, a board member in Nekkar ASA and

primary insider, has on September 27, 2024 purchased 98,120 shares in the

company at a price per share of NOK 8.00. After the transaction, the number of

shares in Nekkar ASA owned by Lars Carl Fabian Qvist, directly or through his

directly controlled company, is 543.435

Buntel AB, a company indirectly controlled by Lars Carl Fabian Qvist purchased

on the same date 523.309 shares in the company at a price per share of NOK 8.00.

After the transaction, the number of shares in Nekkar ASA directly or indirectly

owned by Lars Carl Fabian Qvist is 2.349.265.
