Skeie Kappa Invest AS, a company controlled directly by Trym Skeie, the Chairman

of the Board in Nekkar ASA and primary insider, has on 3 December 2021 purchased

150,000 shares in the company at a price per share of NOK 9.06. After the

transaction, the number of shares in Nekkar ASA owned by Trym Skeie, directly or

through his directly controlled company, is 1 632 939. Indirectly, Trym Skeie

holds 23,5% of the voting shares and 23,5% of the capital in Skeie Technology AS

and Skeie Capital Investment AS, which in sum holds 31 475 823 shares in Nekkar

ASA.

Rolf-Atle Tomassen, CEO of Syncrolift AS, a subsidiary of Nekkar ASA, and

primary insider, has on 3 December 2021 sold 150,000 shares in the company at a

price per share of NOK 9.06.
