Nederman acquires the assets of Ezi-Duct Pty Ltd in Australia

The environmental technology company Nederman has acquired the assets of the Australian company Ezi-Duct Pty Ltd. Ezi-Duct manufacture & supply ducting, fume extraction and industrial air filtration equipment. With this acquisition Nederman strengthens its position and product range in the Australian market.

The acquisition price amounts to approximately SEK 18 million, of which SEK 4 million is deferred for one year. The acquisition is funded by cash and existing bank facilities. The turnover of Ezi-Duct will not materially impact the income statement of the Nederman Group for 2022.

Ezi-Duct with approximately 35 employees will be part of Nederman's Duct & Filter Technology Division.
