Anna Kinberg Batra Resigns as Nederman Board Member

The Swedish government has today appointed Anna Kinberg Batra as Governor of Stockholm County. As a result of this Anna is required to leave her position as a board member of the Nederman Group.

Anna has been a Nederman board member since 2021 and leaves her position with immediate effect.

"The board thanks Anna for her valuable contribution to Nederman's board work. Her experience has positively contributed to an increased understanding of Nederman's business. We wish her new assignment.", says Johan Menckel, chair of the Nederman Board.

According to Nederman's articles of association, the Board must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight members. After Anna Kinberq Batra's resignation, the Board will consist of five members and this therefore meets the requirements of the articles of association.
