Following our press release dated 31 March 2025, we hereby announce that, after notification to today's extraordinary meeting, Rianne Jans has been appointed by the Supervisory Board as statutory director and CFO of Nedap N.V. with effect from 1 July 2025.

The Supervisory Board is confident that Rianne Jans, with her knowledge and experience, will be a valuable reinforcement to the leadership team, which will be responsible in the coming years for executing the strategy as presented at the 2024 Capital Markets Day.
