In continuation to our earlier intimation dated October 04, 2024, this is to inform you that the Company has received an offer letter on March 07, 2025, from Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL), offering 26.39 acres of land at MITL, AURIC, Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, for an amount of Rs.37.60 crores for future expansion.

Further details regarding the future expansion plan shall be disclosed in due course.
