Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of NDR Auto Components Limited in its meeting held today i.e. October 04, 2024 has approved the proposal to acquire approximately 25 acres of land at MITL, AURIC, Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, at an estimated cost of Rs.37.63 crores for future expansion plan of the Company.
Post acquisition of the said land, further details regarding future expansion plan shall be disclosed.
The meeting started at 11.00 A.M. and concluded at 11.30 A.M.
