We had intimated to the Company as well as NSE and BSE about 2% change in shareholding held by the schemes of Sundaram Mutual Fund in NCC Limited as per Regulation 29(2).

In the said disclosure, we had inadvertently shown the sale of shares as 1,20,30,702 whereas the actual sale is only 1,02,31,378.
