Dear Sir,

Sub: Order(s) received during July 2025.

This is in continuation to our letter dated 11[th] July 2025 regarding the disclosure on receipt of one (1) Major Order valued Rs. 2269 Crore (excl. GST) by the Company.

In addition to the aforementioned Major Order, the Company has received two (2) other orders during the month of July 2025, totaling Rs. 791.54 Crore (excl. GST). Of the two orders received, Rs. 461.39 Crore pertains to Buildings Division and Rs. 330.15 Crore pertains to Electrical Division of the Company.

In this regard, we wish to submit the following:

• These orders have been received in the normal course of business of the Company.

• The Promoters / Promoter Group / Group Companies do not have any interest in the entities that have awarded the projects to the Company and don’t fall under Related Party Transaction.

• These orders have been received from State Government agencies and do not include any internal orders.
