In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today while taking note of the retirement of Sri R S Raju, CFO (Key Managerial Person) w.e.f 30th November 2020 have approved the appointment of Sri K Krishna Rao, presently associated with the Company as Dy. CFO as CFO (Key Managerial Person) of the Company w.e.f. pt December 2020.

The details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I.

Further the Board has noted that Sri S Ravi, Independent Director ceased to be a director of the Company w.e.f. 9th November 2020 on completion of his term of appointment.
