Repurchase of NCC Series B shares in week 28, 2022
During the period July 11 – July 15, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 341,533 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided.
The repurchases are part of the repurchase program of a maximum of 10 percent of Series B shares for a total of not more than SEK 1.5 bn that NCC announced on April 27, 2022. The repurchase program extends from May 11, 2022 until the 2023 Annual General Meeting and is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by SEB on NCC AB's behalf. Following the acquisitions above, NCC's holdings of own shares as per July 15, 2022 amount to 4,126,197 Series B shares. The total number of NCC shares is 108,435,822.
