The board's proposal for dividend in NCC - interim report fourth quarter and full year 2018 published

At the meeting today, the Board of NCC AB has decided to propose a dividend of SEK 4.00 (8.00) per share for the fiscal year 2018. Today NCC also publishes its interim report for the fourth quarter of 2018 and the full year 2018.

"NCC's result for the full year is characterized by the revaluations made in the third quarter. The fourth quarter is a step in the right direction with strong order intake and cash flow. The assessments of the company's status and the action plan presented in October remains unchanged," says Tomas Carlsson, CEO of NCC.

"Regarding the dividend, the Board chooses to act in line with a more prudent principle for increased financial flexibility for NCC," says Tomas Billing, Chairman of NCC.

In accordance with the regulations in MAR, the company believes that the information concerning proposed dividend may deviate from expectations in the market and therefore chooses to publish this information and to advance publication of the company's interim report for the fourth quarter and full year 2018.
