NCC to build waterfront apartments in Nacka for Bonava

Bonava AB has commissioned NCC to build 97 waterfront, tenantowned apartments in the Tollare Marina area in Nacka, Stockholm. The order value is SEK 279 M.

"Tollare is a popular new residential area in a fantastic setting. NCC has been developing and building here since the project commenced in early 2013 and we look forward to realizing Tollare Marina on behalf of Bonava," says Henrik Landelius, Head of NCC Building Sweden.

NCC will commence construction of the new residential area in August. The 97 apartments, ranging between 41 and 155 square meters, are characterized by high standards and their proximity to water and nature. The buildings will also have a garage in the basement.

The area features affordable and sustainable housing units, not far from the waterfront facing south. The surrounding area has a small village feeling, with access to local services and efficient public transport.

Occupancy is scheduled for summer, 2018. The order value of SEK 279 M will be registered in the NCC Building business area in the third quarter.
