NCC to renovate property near Ullevål Stadium in Oslo

NCC Construction Norway has been commissioned to renovate a property near Ullevål Stadium in Oslo. The client is Fram Realinvest AS and the order value is about SEK 170 million.

The work covers about 5,500 square meters of the property's total area and includes demolition of the interior, renovation and new construction. The property has previously housed a Shell gas station, a car dealership and offices.

The project also includes the construction of new premises on a site adjacent to the property. The new premises will comprise retail space on the first floor and offices on other floors. There will also be a parking garage in the basement.

Construction will begin immediately and is scheduled to be completed in spring 2010. The contract will be registered among orders in the third quarter of 2008.
