NCC leases to Microsoft at Lysaker Torg in Oslo

NCC Property Development has signed a five year agreement with Microsoft to lease 5,800 square meters in the office building Lysaker Torg 45 in Oslo. The property has already been sold to Aberdeen Eiendom Holding II AS. The agreement with Microsoft entails a positive earnings effect that will be recognized in the fourth quarter of 2007.

Microsoft will occupy the top three floors of Lysaker Torg 45 when the project is complete in September 2008.

The project at Lysaker will comprise 16,250 square meters of office space spread over seven floors, 625 square meters of storage space and 309 parking spaces. Microsoft is the first tenant in the new office building.

The office will be the last construction phase at Lysaker Torg, where NCC has built around 80,000 square meters of office space since 1988.
