The Company confirms that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 ("AGM Notice") and its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 ("Annual Report") have been posted or otherwise been made available to shareholders and published on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.nccgroupplc.com/investor-relations).

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Tuesday 3 March 2026 at the offices of NCC Group plc, XYZ Building, 2 Hardman Boulevard, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3AQ.

A copy of the Annual Report and AGM Notice have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection there.
