Interim Dividend

In its half year results for the six months ended 30 November 2017 reported on 16 January 2018, the Directors of NCC Group plc announced an interim dividend of 1.50 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six months ended 30 November 2017.

The interim dividend will be paid on 23 February 2018 to shareholders on the register as at 26 January 2018, with an ex-dividend date of 25 January 2018.
