Exercise of Share Options

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or "the Company") announces that on 16 July 2013 the Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below were awarded the following shares by the Trustee of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("the Trustee") pursuant to options granted on 23 July 2010. The options were exercised on 15 July 2013 and the exercise price was £1.00 per director/PDMR on the occasion of exercise.
