AGM Trading Statement
NCC Group plc, the global cyber security and risk mitigation group, will today hold its Annual General Meeting, ahead of which the board is publishing an update on trading in the first quarter period from 1 June to 31 August 2018.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am at the Company's Head Office, XYZ Building, 2 Hardman Boulevard, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3AQ.
The Group has made a solid start to the year and continues to trade in line with the Board's expectations for the full year Adjusted Operating Profit(1) at the time of the Preliminary Results on 17 July 2018.
Adam Palser, CEO, commented "We are shaping our future through the Securing Growth Together transformation programme, which is in its early stages but has made a promising start. I'm pleased with our overall performance in the quarter and remain excited by the Group's long term prospects."
The Group expects to report its half-year results, for the six months to 30 November 2018, on 24 January 2019.
