NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "the Company"), the independent global cyber security and risk mitigation expert, has published the details of the exit arrangements in respect of Rob Cotton, who stepped down from the Board on 1 March 2017 and will leave the Company on 31 October 2017 and Atul Patel, who resigned from the Board on 10 August 2016 and left the Company on 3 February 2017.  The information will be available shortly on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (www.nccgroup.trust).
