Jonathan Brooks appointed non-executive director

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or the "Company"), the independent global cyber security and risk mitigation expert, is appointing Jonathan Brooks as a non-executive director with effect from 16 March 2017.

Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer of ARM Holdings plc from 1995 until 2002 and has been a non-executive director of IP Group plc since August 2011. He has also held a number of senior finance and non-executive director positions with other listed and private multinational companies.

Debbie Hewitt, Senior Independent Director, said:

"Jonathan brings extensive commercial, financial and international experience across the technology sector. He will strengthen the Board as we carry out the strategic review and develop the business thereafter."

In addition to Jonathan's current directorship at IP Group plc, Jonathan has held directorships in the following publicly quoted companies in last five years:

Aveva Group plc	July 2007 - November 2016
FDM Group (Holdings) plc	June 2014 - October 2015
