Directorate change

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or the "Company"), the international, independent provider of Escrow, Assurance and Domain Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Batterham as a non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2015. Chris will join the Company's audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

Chris has considerable financial and operational experience. He is a qualified chartered accountant and was finance director of Unipalm plc, the first internet service provider to IPO from 1996 to 2001. He was then CFO of Searchspace Limited until 2005.  He is currently non-executive Chairman of Eckoh plc and a non-executive director of SDL plc, Iomart Group plc and Toumaz Group Ltd.

Chris was a director of Manchester Racing Limited at the time it entered into a members voluntary liquidation in 2003 and was a director of the Mediawave Group Limited when it went into administration and compulsory liquidation in 2003. Chris resigned as director of Conclusive Logic Limited in November 2001, which entered into a creditors voluntary liquidation in March 2002.
