New number of shares and votes in NCAB Group AB (publ)
The number of shares and votes in NCAB Group AB (publ) has changed as a result of a directed issue of shares, as announced on April 24, 2020.
Prior to the issue, the total number of shares amounted to 16,847,124 corresponding to the same number of votes. The number of shares and votes has as a result of the directed share issue increased by 1,850,000 shares and votes. Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 18,697,124 shares and votes in the company.
