Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MOHUA) vide it Office Order No. O-17034/46/2019-PS dated July 02, 2020 extended the tenure of Shri Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial), NBCC for a period of one year w.e.f. June 10, 2020 or until further orders, whichever is earlier (Annexure-I).

The above stated period of tenure of one year of Shri Rajendra Chaudhari as Director (Commercial) under extension from June 10, 2020 ended on June 09, 2021, pending further communication from the Administrative Ministry.
