In continuation of our earlier intimation dated June 10, 2021, wherein intimation regarding tenure of Shri Rajendra Chaudhari as Director (Commercial) of the company ended on June 09, 2021, pending further communication from the Administrative Ministry, was given.

It is further informed that Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, the Administrative Ministry vide its office Order No.: 0-17034/46/2019-PS(Part-1), dated July 7, 2021, communicated regarding non-extension of the tenure of Sh. Rajendra Chaudhari, as Director (Commercial), NBCC beyond June 09, 2021. Accordingly, Sh. Rajendra Chaudhari ceased to be Director (Commercial) of NBCC with effect from June 10, 2021.
