This is to inform that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) vide it Office Order No. O-17034/42/2021-PS dated November 10, 2021 conveyed that competent authority entrusted the additional charge of Director (Project), NBCC (India) Ltd to Shri Tadi Laksminarayan Reddy (DIN No : 09085199) , Managing Director, HSCL.

Accordingly, Shri Tadi Laksminarayan Reddy have assumed the Additional charge of Director (Project), NBCC (India) Limited w.e.f November 11, 2021 and appointed as additional director.

It is hereby confirmed that Shri Tadi Laksminarayan Reddy is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Shri Tadi Laksminarayan Reddy does not hold any share of NBCC.
