Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to above and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, and based on communication received from Paper Boat Apps Private Limited (“PaperBoat”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, we wish to inform you that, today i.e. March 25, 2026, the Company has been allotted 9,90,450 (Nine Lakhs Ninety Thousand Four Hundred Fifty) bonus equity shares of face value INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten Only) each of Paperboat, in the ratio of 93:1 [i.e., 93 (Ninety Three) new fully paid up bonus equity shares for every 1 (One) equity share held].

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the Company now holds 10,01,100 equity shares in aggregate and continues to hold 100% of share capital of PaperBoat.
