Immediate Report on Amendments to the By-LawsRegulation 31C of the Securities Regulations (Periodic and Immediate Reports) 5730-1970

1. On 01/09/2022 a resolution to amend the corportion�s by-laws In general meeting was adopted.

2. The nature of the amendments:(1) Translation of the Company's existing Articles of Association into the English language, and stating that the English version of the Company's Articles of Association, attached to this Immediate Report, will be the binding version of the Company's Articles of Association; (2 Addition of an option of appointing directors to the Company by the Company's Board of Directors (instead of by an extraordinary shareholders' meeting); (3) Addition of Article 133 to the Company's Articles of Association, which deals with the forum for conflict resolution.3. The wording of the amendments:See the Company's Articles of Association attached to this Immediate Report4. The amendment is effective beginning on 01/09/2022
